What's happening to the men?

I read the NYT every day and am appalled at the number of men who are dying, compared to the number of women. Today, for example, there were 12 obituaries. One was of a woman. Whew. What are the odds?
So, who was this woman? Millvina Dean the Titanic’s last survivor.
Not every day is this slant so apparent. Sometimes there are two women.
Boys who put out the paper report on what is important to them. We get written out of history by omission. It pisses me off.
